十八大报告指出要提高运用法治思维和法治方式的能力,这从理念和实践层面为新时期法治反腐工作指明了路向。本文在总结依法治国、法律权威、人性本恶、权力制约、权利保护和公平正义等法治思维的基础上,提出须强化相应的转变治腐模式、秉持依法治腐、规制官员道德、强化反腐治权、推进公民反腐和提升反腐素养等法治反腐方式,希冀为我国法治反腐的路向选择提供宏观对策和学理参考。
