Progress on the synthetic methods of cyclopropane derivatives

摘要 环丙烷类化合物的合成一直是有机化学研究领域的热点之一。总结了环丙烷类化合物的合成方法,包括Freund反应、Kishner环丙烷合成、Kulinovich环丙烷合成、Simmons-Smith反应、叶立德环丙烷化反应、卡宾环丙烷化反应、烷基格氏试剂法、环丙烯的加氢酰化法等多种方法。 The synthesis of cyclopropane derivatives is always very important. In this review,the synthetic methods of cyclo- propane derivatives are discussed, including Freund reaction, Kishner cyclopropane synthesis, Kulinovich cyelopropanol synthesis, Simmons-Smith reaction, cyclopropanation via Ylides,Carbene or Grinard regeants, hydroacylation of cyclo- propenes and other ways.
