摘要 合成了3-氨基苯甲酸缩3,5-二溴水杨醛Schiff碱配体(L)及其过渡金属(Cu,Zn)的配合物。采用UV-vis,1HNMR,IR,MS和元素分析对其进行了表征。研究了配体及配合物的热稳定性能,由热重分析得知所合成的配体及配合物均具有良好的热稳定性能。对配体及配合物进行了抑制大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及欧文氏草生杆菌的生物活性测定,配体及配合物都表现出一定的生物活性,其中Cu配合物的活性优于Zn配合物,说明配合物的生物活性与金属离子的类型有关。 Condensation of 3,5-dibromosalicylaldehyde with 3-aminobenzoic acid yielded a Schiff base, N-[ (3-benzoic acid)-yl]-3, 5-dibromosalicylaldimine. The ligand reacting with cupric acetate and zinc acetate, respectively, formed cor-responding complexes under suitable conditions. The ligand and its Cu( Ⅱ ) and Zn ( Ⅱ )complexes have been confirmed via elemental analysis, MS, UV-Vis, IR and JHNMR. The thermal stability of ligand and complex were investigated. TG-DTG showed that both ligand and complex have fine perform-ance in thermal stability. The ligand and its metal complex were also screened against S. aureus ,E. herbicola and E. coli. The antibacterial screening data showed that both ligand and complex exhibit biological activity. Cu complex was superior to Zn complex and the biological activity of metal complex has intimate relationship with metal.
