摘要
中国公共外交的话语权面临着三大挑战,即东西方文化观念差异下传统中华文明复兴的话语权缺失、意识形态竞争背景下中国特色社会主义发展道路的话语权弱势和权力政治对抗思维下中国和平崛起的话语权困境。可持续发展对中国公共外交的话语权大有裨益,中国应主动设置可持续发展的公共外交话语权,提出包容性可持续发展的更普遍概念,阐明中国发展的世界意义。
China＇s public diplomaey＇s discourse power faces three challenges, the discourse power deficiency of Chinese civilization revitalization under the differences between Eastern and West- em cultural values~ the discourse power vulnerableness of the development path to socialism with Chinese characteristics under the background of ideological eompetition~ the discourse power dilemma of Claim＇s peaceful rise under the adversarial thinking of power politics. Sustainable development is of great benefit to China＇s public diplomacy＇s discourse power, and China should set up the public diplomacy＇s discourse power for sustainable development, put forward a more general idea of inclusive sustainable development and elucidate the world meanings of China＇s development.
