摘要
采用Ansoft/Maxwell 2D和Ansoft/Simplorer软件,对异步电动机联合仿真的方法进行了研究。在Maxwell 2D中根据电机结构参数,建立电机有限元模型,将该模型导入Simplorer软件,在Simplorer环境下给模型施加电源及相应负载,建立系统联合仿真模型。利用该系统模型对电机的起动及突加突卸负载工况进行仿真,并与传统电气参数电机模型进行对比。结果表明:联合仿真模型不仅较电气参数模型具有更高的仿真精度,同时在仿真过程中,还可以通过Maxwell 2D对电机内部磁场随不同工况的变化进行分析。
Using the Ansoft/Maxwell 2D and Ansoft/Simplorer,the co-simulation method of asynchronous motor was studied.According to the mechanical parameters of the motor,the finite element model was created in Maxwell 2D.Importing the finite element model and building the peripheral circuit and relevant load in Simplorer,the co-simulation system was built.The motor start,sudden-load and unload condition were simulated,and a further comparision between electrical model and co-simulation model was explored.The result indicates that the co-simulation model not only has more simulation accuracy,but also can observe the changes in the magnetic field of the asynchronous motor in different load conditions.
