Application Research of Mongolian Conventional Cultural Elements in Modern Furniture Design

以传统民族文化在现代设计中的应用为启示,概括分析了蒙古族传统文化元素的内容、分类及象征涵义,论述了当代蒙古族特色家具的设计应用必须是在理解、掌握其民族背景资料的前提下,与现代设计理念相融合,实现对传统民族文化的传承与发扬,避免简单地模仿与抄袭。在此基础上,提出了将蒙古族文化元素融入现代家具设计相关研究的方法与思路。

Inspired by the application of tradtional national culture, it analyzed the content, category and symbol of Mon- golian traditional culture.It discussed contemporary Mongolian furniture design must comprehend and grasp the national background data, integrate with modern design concept, to realize the heritage and development of traditional national cul- ture, avoid simple imitation and plagiarism.According to that, it proposed to make Mongolian culture integrated with some ideas and approaches about modern furniture.
