通过服务设计的手段,探寻缓解院方压力及提升以病人为中心的就医体验设计。利用并改善现有资源,加入设计的方法与手段,为患者提供便捷优质的服务,从而提高患者对就诊体验的满意度。
It used the method of service design to explore the way to ease the hospitals' pressure and enhance the pa- tient-centered experience of hospitalize.It wishes to use and improve available resources and with the method and tools to provide convenient high quality service, therefore to enhance the satisfaction of clinic experience.
