4种杀菌剂对葡萄溃疡病病菌的抑制作用及对病害的防治效果 被引量:8

摘要 采用菌丝生长速率法和孢子萌发法测定了嘧菌酯、苯醚甲环唑、甲基硫菌灵和寡雄腐霉4种杀菌剂对葡萄溃疡病病菌CSS-01(Botryosphaeria rhodina)和LNXCE-YGSH(Botryosphaeria dothidea)的抑制作用,并对杀菌剂的田间防治效果进行了评价。室内测定结果表明,嘧菌酯、苯醚甲环唑、甲基硫菌灵和寡雄腐霉对葡萄溃疡病病菌的菌丝生长和孢子萌发均具有一定的抑制作用,且嘧菌酯、苯醚甲环唑、甲基硫菌灵3种化学杀菌剂对葡萄溃疡病病菌的抑制效果优于真菌制剂寡雄腐霉;4种杀菌剂对CSS-01菌丝生长的EC50值分别为0.105 6、0.123 6、0.453 6、0.794 1 mg/L,对孢子萌发EC50值分别为0.068 3、0.768 0、0.548 9、9.819 6 mg/L;4种杀菌剂对LNXCE-YGSH菌丝生长的EC50值分别为0.239 8、0.350 4、0.583 5、0.928 0 mg/L,对孢子萌发的EC50值分别为0.1093、2.190 4、0.666 3、15.880 0 mg/L。田间试验结果表明,10%苯醚甲环唑水分散粒剂2 000倍液、250 g/L嘧菌酯悬浮剂1 000倍液和1×106个孢子/g寡雄腐霉可湿性粉剂1 000倍液对葡萄溃疡病具有较好的防治效果,防效分别为62.5%、50.6%、50.0%,推荐用于生产中葡萄溃疡病的防治。
