摘要
民办高校走内涵式发展道路是当下的迫切需要。民办高校的内涵式发展离不开政府的各种支持,但政府支持和民办高校发展模式转变在目前情况下又面临着风险。基于协调博弈理论的分析框架,参与博弈的政府和民办高校为了规避风险,会选择安于现状策略,无法实现民办高校内涵式发展和社会利益最大化的目标。因此,必须通过加强政府和民办高校之间的合作关系,发挥外部社会评价机构监督促进政府和民办高校双向沟通的作用,提高相互信任程度,形成共同信念,最终实现政府支持和民办高校积极进行内涵式发展的互动效果。
Taking the path of connotative development is the urgent need for non-governmental institutions of higher learning, which is inseparable from various government supports though government support and the transition of development mode are fa- cing risk in the present circumstances. Based on coordination game theory, the government and non-governmental institutions of higher learning will choose the status quo policy. By strengthening the partnership between the government and non-governmental institutions of higher learning and playing the role of external social rating agencies to promote the two-way communication, it en- hances their mutual trust and forms a common belief, and ultimately, actively supports the connotative development of non-gov- ernmental institutions of higher learning.
