校企合作背景下高校人才培养模式创新——以浙江树人大学工商管理专业为例 被引量:12

摘要 工商管理较强的应用性与实践性决定了要实现高级应用型人才的培养目标,就要深化校企合作来提高学生的素质和能力。文章就当前我国高校工商管理专业校企合作存在的诸多问题,对校企合作背景下工商管理专业应用型人才培养模式的改革思路和实施路径进行探索,提出"模拟—虚拟—实境"逐级递进式的人才培养模式,重新整合专业教学的理论与实践体系,从而提高学生的专业知识、综合素质和职业能力。 The strong application and practicality of Business Administration subject determines that to achieve the training objec- tives of advanced applied talents, it needs to deepen the university-enterprise cooperation to improve students' quality and capa- bility. However, university-enterprise cooperation of Business Administration in Chinese universities still has many problems. Re- form ideas and implementation path of talents training mode of Business Administration under university-enterprise cooperation are explored, and the progressive mode of "simulation-virtual-reality" is proposed. This mode reintegrates theory and practice system of professional teaching, which improves students' subject knowledge, comprehensive quality and professional competence.
