采空区滞留干冰防治遗煤自燃现场试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 在采空区遗煤自燃每年造成巨大经济损失和严重环境污染的情况下,二氧化碳在遗煤自燃防治方面应用的局限性却极大限制着其防灭火作用的充分发挥。针对这些问题,文章通过在石港煤矿的两个工作面开展采空区滞留干冰防止煤层自燃现场试验,分析了不同滞留干冰条件下二氧化碳在采空区的运移扩散情况和温度场变化规律,最终考察了采空区滞留干冰对遗煤自燃的防治效果。15108工作面一氧化碳含量由超50ppm迅速降至约20ppm并持稳,其采空区内温度基本稳定在约19℃;15202工作面一氧化碳浓度降低并维持在约20ppm,其采空区内温度基本稳定在约21℃,这都表明采空区滞留干冰对遗煤自燃的防治效果明显。研究成果可进一步扩展煤自燃防治技术范围,为煤矿安全生产提供更大保障。 Under the great economic loss and serious environment pollution caused by the spontaneous combustion of the coal left in the mining goaf annually, the application limitation of the carbon dioxide ( CO2 ) to prevent the spontaneous combustion of the coal left in the mining goal was highly restricted to fully play the fire prevention and control role. According to the those problems, with the site trial conducted on the dry ice left in the mining goal of the tow coal mining faces in Shigang Mine to prevent and control the seam spontaneous combustion, the paper analyzed the migration and spreading conditions of the carbon dioxide in the mining goal and the variation law of the temperature filed under the different dry ice left conditions. Finally the paper investigated the coal spontaneous prevention and control effect of the dry ice left in the mining guaf. The carbon monoxide content in No. 15108 coal mining face was rapidly reduced from 50 ppm to about 20 ppm and then was kept in stable. The temperature in the mining goal was basically stable at about 19℃. The carbon monoxide content in No. 15202 coal mining face was reduced and was kept at about 20 ppm, the temperature in the mining goal was basically stable at about 21℃ and all those showed that the dry ice left in the mining goaf could have an obvious coal spontaneous prevention and control effect of the dry ice left in the mining goal. The study achievement could further expand the technical scope of the coal spontaneous combustion prevention and control and could provide the higher guarantee to the mine safe production.
