摘要
采用一种新的工艺,即聚合物裹砂工艺配制丙苯胶乳(Acronal S400) 和丁苯胶乳(Styrofan SD622S)聚合物改性水泥砂浆,并对其进行了物理力学性能的测试.结果显示,用聚合物裹砂工艺配制的水泥砂浆的性能优于相同聚合物掺量下用普通工艺配制的水泥砂浆的性能,而且在较低聚合物掺量的条件下能达到较好的力学性能.丁苯胶乳可明显改善新拌水泥砂浆的流动性;丙苯胶乳本身虽无减水作用,但在加入少量改性剂后便能获得与不掺聚合物新拌水泥砂浆相同的流动度.
The physical and mechanical properties of cement mortar modified by styrene acrylate rubber(SAR) and styrene butadiene rubber(SBR) are reported.Two kinds of techniques,ordinary technique(A) and polymer pre wrapping technique(B),were used to prepare the polymer modified cement mortar(PCM) samples.It is concluded from the experiments that the mechanical strength of cement mortar formed by polymer pre wrapping technique is higher than that formed by ordinary technique.The resistance of anti freeze thaw of PCM made by pre wrapping technique within a lower polymer cement ratio level is the highest among the polymer modified cement mortar samples. The fluidity of fresh mixed SAR modified cement mortar can be significantly improved after adding small amount of additive.
