摘要
简单阐述了食品感官评定课程在高校的开设情况;结合大学食品感官评定课程的性质及教学实践,阐述了食品感官评定课程教学中的基本问题"教什么"和"怎么教"的问题,并对阶段性的教学情况作了一定的总结和思考。
The development of the course of"Food Sensory Evaluation"in universities was briefly described. Based on the nature and teaching practice of"Food Sensory Evaluation","what to teach"and"how to teach" 2 important issues about the teaching of the course were discussed. Furthermore, a summary and consideration was made on the periodical teaching of the course.
