基于发展性评价设计《食品生物技术》教学

摘要 将发展性评价理念应用到食品生物技术教学中,在设计课堂教学时,使学生渐次掌握知识,培养学生通过合作探究解决问题,创设实践机会提高学生能力,借助于作业丰富课堂知识,并与学生交流反馈实现师生水平共同提高。在教学评价上,评价主体、评价角度和内容采取多元化,清晰反映出学生的学习效果。 Developmental assessment was applied in"Food Biotechnology"teaching. With the designing of teaching based on developmental assessment,the students would be prompted to master the knowledge gradually,solve the problems through co-operation consciousness,improve skills by practice opportunities and enrich their knowledge through assigning moderate schoolwork,as well as constantly improve by communication between teachers and students. As for the learning evaluation,the participants,respects and forms are flexible,which might clearly reflect the learning effects.
