倾斜内锁型三维机织物复合材料的力学性能

摘要 研究了用树脂传递模塑(resintransfer molding,RTM)工艺成型的倾斜内锁型玻璃纤维三维机织物增强不饱和聚酯复合材料的力学性能.结果表明:试样的拉伸、压缩和弯曲性能以及层间剪切性能均明显受到z 向纤维含量和方向性的影响;接结纱受拉伸直,基体发生屈服,使拉伸应力应变曲线呈非线性;具有很典型的达15% 的高压缩断裂应变;弯曲试验中试样在1.5 倍厚度的大挠度下不破坏. The mechanical properties of glass fiber 3 D through the thickness angle interlock woven textile reinforced polyester composite were studied in this paper. It has been shown that the tensile, compression, flexure and interlaminar shear properties are remarkably influenced by the proportion and direction of z fiber. The straightened warp weaver and yielded matrix cause the non linearity of stress strain curves for extension tests. Compression tests have indicated its typical strains to failure of about 15% and flexure tests have displayed its well endurance to large deflection.
