摘要
研究了冻融循环对尼龙纤维混凝土(体积掺量分别为0.5%,1%,1.5%)和基准混凝土的动态弹性模量与质量变化的影响,以及纤维砂浆力学性能随冻融循环次数的变化规律.试验结果表明:纤维混凝土300次冻融循环时的质量及动态弹性模量损失远远小于基准混凝土,纤维砂浆的抗折强度、抗压强度损失远远小于基准砂浆.尼龙纤维水泥基复合材料抗冻性能的提高。
The effect of freeze and thaw cycles on the dynamic
modulus and weight change of Nylon fiber concrete was studied in this paper.The change of
mechanical properties of Nylon fiber mortar with changing cycle number was also investigated.
The test results show that the loss of weight and dynamic modulus of fiber concrete at 300
cycles of freeze and thaw is far less than that of concrete without fiber,and the loss of
compression and flexural strength of fiber mortar is also less than that of mortar without
fiber.The improvement of freeze thaw resistance is however partly due to the air entrainment
properties of the Nylon fiber.
