摘要
目的:研究丹参动态减压提取工艺。方法:以丹酚酸B含量和干膏收率为评价指标,采用正交试验法对丹参提取工艺进行优化,并对丹参不同温度减压提取效果进行比较。结果:丹参的最佳提取工艺为加12倍量水、减压回流提取3次、每次2h。丹酚酸B含量随着提取温度的升高先增大后减小,70℃含量最高,为3.14%,100℃含量最低,为2.46%。干膏收率随着温度的升高逐渐增大,50℃最低,为38.95%,100℃最高,为48.50%。结论:提取温度对丹酚酸B有较大影响,70℃减压较适宜于丹酚酸B的提取。
Objective: To study the vacuum extraction process of Salvia miltiorrhiza. Methods: Using the content of salvianolic acid B, ratio of dry extraction as indexes and using orthogonal experiment method to optimize vacuum extraction of radix salviae miltiorrhizae, then compared with the effects of different temperatures vacuum extraction. Results: It indicates that the best extraction efficiency of Salvia miltiorrhiza extraction process is boiling 3 times of 12 times the volume of water for 2 hours. Content of salvianolic acid B with an increase in extraction temperature first increases and then decreases, content of 70℃ maximum, 3.14%, content of 100℃ minimum, to 2.46%. The ratio of dry extraction gradually increases with an increase in temperature, 50℃ minimum, 38.95%, 100℃ up to 48.50%. Conclusion: Extraction temperature has a great influence in extraction of the salvianolic acid B. A suitable extraction temperature is 70℃.
