复方中药制剂对运动大鼠心肌的保护作用及其机制

Protection and the mechanism of compound traditional Chinese medicine on cardiac muscle of moving rats

摘要 目的:探讨复方中药制剂对运动大鼠心肌损伤的保护作用机制。方法:96只Wistar大鼠随机分为4组:对照组,服药组,训练组,训练+服药组,每组24只。检测不同运动状态下大鼠心肌组织丙二醛(MDA)、总Ca2+含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、Ca2+-ATPase、Na+-K+-ATPase活性。结果:①安静状态下,MDA含量、SOD活性训练+服药组与其它各组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);②力竭状态下,SOD、总Ca2+含量、Ca2+-ATPase训练+服药组与其它各组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);③力竭恢复12h状态下,SOD、总Ca2+含量、Na+-K+-ATPase训练+服药组与其它各组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:复方中药能有效清除大鼠心肌内自由基,提高大鼠心肌组织抗氧化能力;抑制心肌细胞内钙超载,保护心肌细胞的完整性;有氧耐力训练与复方中药联合使用效果更为明显。 Objective: To explore the mechanism how compound Chinese medicine curing myocardial damage due to excessive exercise, Methods: 96 Wistar rats were randomly evenly divided into 4 groups: control group, Chinese medicine group, training group and combined use of training and Chinese medicine group. Detect the following indexes under different statuses, including Malondialdehyde (MDA), total Ca2~ content, Superoxide dismutase (SOD), Ca2^-ATPase and Na*-K+-ATPase activity. Results: First, when they were in calm status, there were significant differences between combined use of training and Chinese medicine group and each of the other three groups in both MDA and SOD activity (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). Second, when they were in exhausted status, there were significant differences between combined use of training and Chinese medicine group and each of the other three groups in SOD, Ca2+-ATPase and total Ca2+ content (P〈0.01). Third, when they were in the status of recovery 12 hours after exhaustion, there were significant differences between combined use of training and Chinese medicine group and each of the other three groups in SOD, total Ca2+ content and Na+-K+-ATPase (P〈0.01, P〈0.05). Conclusion: Compound Chinese medicine has a good effect in cleating free radicals, improving oxidation resistance, inhibiting calcium overload and protecting the integrity of the fate's myocardial cells. The effect is better when compound Chinese medicine is applied with aerobic endurance training.
