天然澄清剂在消暑利湿凉茶口服液中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:比较醇沉法、壳聚糖和ZTC-Ⅱ型吸附澄清法对消暑利湿凉茶口服液纯化工艺的影响;优化最佳工艺条件;并进行初步药效学研究。方法:以绿原酸含量、多糖含量为指标,采用正交试验筛选最优工艺条件;分别采用小鼠耳肿胀法、滤纸法和炭末推进法观察口服液的抗炎、利尿和肠推进作用。结果:壳聚糖吸附澄清法为最佳纯化工艺,其最优工艺条件为浓缩液浓度1:1,壳聚糖澄清剂用量30%,温度80℃,口服液有明显的抗炎、利尿和肠推进作用。结论:壳聚糖吸附澄清法能代替醇沉法用于消暑利湿凉茶口服液的澄清工艺。 Objective: To compare the influence of the clarification process by alcohol precipitation, chitosan and ZTC-II in purification of Xiaoshulishi Cold Tea Oral Liquid; to optimize the optimum technology conditions; and to study the primary pharmacodynamics. Methods: The contents of chlorogenic acid and polysaccharide were used as the index and orthogonal test was used to optimize the optimum technology conditions, ear edema method in mice, filter paper method and charcoal powder propelling test were used to observe the antiinflammatory, diuresis and intestinal motility effect of the oral liquid. Results: The chitosan adsorbing purification was the best technology, the optimum technology conditions were: concentration 1:1, dosage of chitosan 30%, temperature 80℃. The oral liquid had remarkable effect on antiinflammatory, diuresis and intestinal motility. Conclusion: The process by cbitosan can substitute for process by ethanol precipitation in production of Xiaoshulishi cold tea oral Liquid.
