从“肝主冲任”论治妇科杂病

文章重点阐述肝与冲任之间的关联性。肝对妇女的重要性,早在《黄帝内经》就有论述,而妇女特有的经、带、胎、产和哺乳等生理活动都与冲任有关,病理上又有"妇人病有三十六种,皆由冲任劳损所致"之说。今借历代医家对肝及冲任的认识,以及现代社会女性压力日渐增大的事实,结合笔者数十年的临证体会,提出"肝主冲任"的理论假说,揭示了妇科疾病以肝为核心的重要性,不仅丰富和发展中医妇科理论,且对临床也具有重要的指导意义。

This article focuses on the correlation between the liver and thoroughfare vessel and conception vessel. The importance of the liver on women has been discribed in Huangdi Neijing and the special physiological activities of women, such as menses, leucorrhea and so On are also related to thoroughfare and conception vessels. There is an old saying which is ＇there are many kinds of diseases and every one is related to thoroughfare vessel and conception vessel＇. Based on the understanging of ancient physicians about thoroughfare vessel and conception vessel and the face that women has more stress in modern society with decades of clinical experience of the author, the author put forward the theory of the liver govern thoroughfare and conception vessels. The purpose of the theory is to reveal the importance of the liver in gynecological diseases, and the theory is not only have enriched and developed the TCM gynecology theory but also have important significance to clnice.
