文章阐述"风病说"的渊源、风邪是冠心病发作的重要因素及风邪阻络是冠心病发病的重要病理环节,并进一步说明"风药"在冠心病中的治疗作用,探讨"风邪"与冠心病病因病机的关系,提出冠心病"风病说";丰富了中医学关于冠心病发病学的病因说,为冠心病的发病机制提出了新的病机,并把风药运用到冠心病的治疗领域,开辟了中药治疗冠心病新的方法和思路,为研究中药治疗冠心病注入了新的活力,为防治冠心病的研究提供了新的科研思路和方法。

Exploration of the relationship between the evil-wind and the pathogenesis of the coronary heart disease （CHD）, proposes the hypothesis of evil-wind theory on coronary heart disease, through the historical origins of hypothesis of evil- wind, the evil-wind is an important element of the coronary heart disease attacking, the evil-wind blockage of collaterals is an important pathological step of the CHD attacking, and investigating the therapeutic function of the herbs of dispelling evil - wind in coronary heart disease. This enriches the etiological theory of the CHD onset in traditional Chinese medicine, puts forward a new pathogenesis of the CHD, uses the wind drugs for the treatment of CHD, explores a novel method and a new idea in treatment CHD with traditional Chinese medicine, and this impregnates new energy for treating CHD with traditional Chinese medicine, then provides a new scientific research method and thinking for the prevention and treatment of CHD.
