摘要
代谢组学是系统生物学的重要组成部分,是基因组学、转录组学及蛋白质的延伸,是以整体性分析技术研究生命体所有代谢产物及中间体种类、数量及其变化规律的一门新兴学科,其研究对象主要是代谢循环中相对分子量小于1 000的小分子代谢物。文章就代谢组学的概念、研究方法、所具优势,并重点对代谢组学在中医气血阴阳虚证动物模型研究中的应用进展和前景做一综述。
Metabolomics is an emerging discipline, which is based on integrity analysis technology to explore all metabolic products of living organisms and intermediate kind, quantity and its changing regularity. Metabonomics, an important part of system biology, is a new subject following the genomics, transcriptomics and proteomics. Its research object basically is the cycle of small molecules metabolites whose relative molecular weight is less than 1 000. This paper mainly summarize metabolomics about the concept, reserch methods and advantages. What's more, it focus on the progress and application prospect about the research of metabolomics in the deficiency syndrome of animal models.
