羚羊角及其混伪品脂类成分气相色谱-质谱分析和聚类分析 被引量:7

GC/MSD and cluster analysis of characteristic lipids in Saigae Tataricae Cornu and its adulterants

摘要 目的:阐明及鉴别羚羊角及其混伪品中脂类化学成分。方法:溶剂法提取脂类成分,经甲酯化,采用气相色谱-质谱-计算机联用技术分离鉴定,归一化法计算相对百分含量,并进行聚类分析。结果:从5种牛科动物角中共鉴定出13种脂类成分,其中从羚羊角中鉴定出9种脂肪酸类成分;5种牛科动物角采用系统聚类法可分为3类。结论:羚羊角主要脂肪酸类成分为棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸,可利用此三指标之比鉴别羚羊角。 Objective: To clarify the characteristic lipid constituents in Saigae Tataricae Cornu and its adulterants. Methods: The lipids were extracted by solvent method, then esterified and identified by capillary gas chromatography-mass spectra-computer technique. Results: 13 lipid components were identified from five kinds of Bovidae horns, and 9 kinds of fatty acids were identified from the Saigae Tataricae Cornu; five kinds of Bovidae horns could be divided into three families by using the system clustering method. Conclusion: Palmitic acid, oleic acid and Stearic acid were the characteristic lipids in Saigae Tataricae Cornu, which could be used as the differential index.
