摘要
文章介绍了第三代微光夜视仪及与其配套的核心元件──三代微通道板的主要性能,并与二代、超二代产品的相关性能进行了比较。本文从研制三代微通道板需要解决的技术关键入手,分别介绍了玻璃成分的设计和制备;三代微通道板的制造工艺和性能测试的全部过程,列出了试制成的孔径8um的三代微通道板的主要特性,并着重分析了影响的性能的主要因素,讨论了改善性能的可能方法。
Compared with the Ⅱ Generation MCP and the Ⅱ plus Generaion MCP, the main features of the Ⅲ Generation MCP are introduced here. This article also includes the introduction of the key technology in the research of the Ⅲ Generation MCP in our institute, such as: the design of the ingredient of the glass,manufacturing technique and production inspection. At last it discusses some certain ways that would improve the quality of the Ⅲ Generation MCP.
