[ Objective ] To investigate the peripheral blood and pleural effusion expression of Tc 17 cell in patients with tuberculosis. [Methods] Intraeelluar staining and flow cytometry analysis were used to evaluate the proportion of Tcl7/ CD8+T cells in peripheral blood and pleural effusion samples from 20 healthy donets, 20 individuals with active tuberculosis,19 individuals with pleural tubereulosis, and the content of IL-17A in peripheral blood serum were detected by ELISA. [ Results ] Tc17/CD8+T cells in tuberculosis pleural effusion (2.13±0.23)% was higher than homologous peripheral blood (1.15±0.17)%, and this proportion in peripheral blood was higher than patients with puhnonary tuberculosis (0.68±0.11)% and healthy donors (0.49±0.22)%. After treatment the expression of Te17/ CDS+T cells (0.63±0.15)% in peripheral blood was decreased than before (0.87±0.31)%. [ Conclusions ] Tc17 cells were involved in the occurrence and development of tuberculosis, and were associated with the prognosis of the dis- ease, it has significance for clinical medicine and curative effect observation of patients.
