基于布面毛羽特征参数测试的织物抗起球性客观评价 被引量:3

Objective evaluation of pilling resistance of fabric based on testing of characteristic parameters of fabric hairiness

摘要 为探讨基于布面毛羽特征参数变化的织物抗起球性能客观评价的可行性,利用织物单面压缩测试装置对不同起毛、起球次数机织物试样的布面毛羽特征指标进行测试与分析,并对毛球数量和平均毛球质量进行计算和比较分析,提出了客观评价织物起球性能的方法。结果表明:织物起毛后再起球,对于不同的织物,毛球数量和毛球平均质量随起球次数的变化各不相同;布面毛羽各特征指标随着起球次数的变化趋势也不尽相同,除毛羽长度指标因毛羽纠缠成球而减小外,其他指标因受毛球压缩性质等多因素影响,无一致规律可循;织物的起球性能可用起球处理前后布面毛羽长度指标的变化率进行客观表征,毛羽长度变化率越大,表明织物越易起球。 For investigating the feasibility of objective evaluation of pilling resistance of fabric based on testing the change of characteristic parameters of fabric hairiness, characteristic indexes of the fabric hariness of fabric samples with different number of fuzzing and pilling were tested using a sigle-sided fabric compressing tester, and the number and average weight of the pills were analyzed; and an objective evaluation measurement for pilling performance of fabric was proposed. Studies have shown that when the fabric is pilled after being fuzzed, for different type of fabrics, the number and average weight of pills vary with the number of times of pilling; the change trends of hariness characteristic indexes along with the number of times of pilling are also different, except for decrease of hariness length due to the tangling and pilling of the hariness, other indexes take on none coincide change rule as a result of being influenced by many factors, for example, the compressibility of the pills. The pilling property of the fabric can be characterized objectively by the change rate of the hariness length before and after pilling processing, bigger change rate of the hariness length indicates that the fabric pills easilier.
