摘要
采用二氧六环/水溶液抽提制取黄麻纤维木质素,再用漆酶对其处理。利用凝胶渗透色谱测定漆酶处理前后黄麻纤维木质素的分子质量及分布,并通过元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱对漆酶处理前后黄麻纤维木质素的结构进行分析。结果表明:黄麻纤维木质素经漆酶处理后,数均分子质量和重均分子质量增大,酚羟基含量减少,酚型结构的木质素发生聚合反应,分子质量的分布范围变宽;经漆酶处理后,黄麻纤维木质素中紫丁香基结构单元含量减少,醇羟基和总羟基含量增加,羰基含量增加。
The lignin from jute fibers was extracted with dioxane/water solution, followed by laccase treatment. The molecular weight change of lignin was investigated by GPC, and structural changes were researched by FT-IR, elemental analysis and 1H-NMR. The results showed that the number average molecular weight and weight average molecular weight of laccase-treated lignin were increased,while the content of phenolic hydroxyl group was decreased. The phenolic lignin was polymerized during the laccase treatment and its molecular weight distribution became wider. The content of syringyl units was decreased, while the content of alcoholic hydroxyl group, total hydroxyl group and carbonyl group were increased after laccase treatment.
