摘要 建立超快速液相色谱/串联质谱联用法测定生态纺织品中分散黄1、分散黄3、分散黄9、分散黄39和分散黄49 5种黄色分散染料的分析方法.样品经甲醇超声提取后,采用超快速色谱柱,用乙腈和水作为流动相,梯度洗脱分离.采用电喷雾(ESI)离子多反应监测(MRM)进行质谱分析.结果表明,5种分散染料在1.0~ 100.0 μg/kg之间均具有良好的线性相关性,回归系数均大于0.999,检出限(LOD)在0.5~ 1.0 μg/kg之间.加标回收率在84.5%~ 106.2%之间,其相对标准偏差在1.2% ~6.4%之间.所建方法快速、简便、灵敏、专属性强,能满足生态纺织品中分散染料的监测要求. After the sample is extracted by methanol,the extract is separated on an uhra-fast liquid chromatography column by gradient elution with water and acetonitrile. Detection was carried out by UFLC-MS/MS using electrospray ionization interface in the multi-reaction monitoring (MRM) mode. Calibration curves were linear within the range of 1.0 - 100.0 μg/kg with the correlation coefficients of more than 0. 999, and the limits of quantification (LOQs) were between 0.5 - 1.0 μg/kg. The extraction recoveries of the five disperse dyestuffs are at 84.5% - 106.2% , and the RSDs were between 1.2% - 6.4%. The developed method is quick, simple, sensitive and specific for the satisfactory determination of disperse dyestuffs in ecological textiles.
