稀土改性磷酸–硫酸阳极氧化工艺与膜层性能 被引量:1

摘要 采用含有稀土硫酸铈的磷酸–硫酸体系溶液对铝合金进行阳极氧化。对阳极氧化工艺进行正交优化,得到的最佳工艺条件为:H2SO4120 g/L,H3PO460 g/L,CeSO40.4 g/L,草酸7 g/L,氧化电压22 V,时间30 min,温度(20±2)°C。表征了采用最佳工艺所得氧化膜的形貌、组成和粘结性能等性能。结果表明,阳极氧化膜表面微孔呈蜂窝状均匀排列,孔截面无分叉,膜层拉伸剪切强度高,粘接耐久性能和耐腐蚀性能良好。 Aluminum alloy was anodically oxidized using phosphoric-sulfuric acid solution containing rare earth cerium sulfate. The optimal process conditions were obtained by orthogonal test as follows: H2SO4 120 g/L, H3PO4 60 g/L, CeSO4 0.4 g/L, oxalic acid 7 g/L, temperature (20± 2) ℃, oxidation voltage 22 V, and time 30 min. The morphology, composition and adhesive property of oxidation film prepared under the optimal process conditions were characterized. The results show that the pore existing on the surface of anodic oxidation film are arranged uniformly in honeycomb form, and the cross section of pore is free of divarication. The oxidation film has high tensile- shear strength, excellent adhesive durability, and good corrosion resistance.
