Harm of residual shot blasting pills in coating pretreatment process and their prevention measures

抛丸是涂装前处理的主要方法之一,但抛丸后工件上常有残留弹丸而造成不良影响。本文分析了抛丸处理后工件上残余弹丸形成的原因,讨论了残余弹丸对涂装质量及后续产品造成的危害,提出了避免或减少残余弹丸的措施以及不同位置残余弹丸的清理方法。

Shot blasting is a main method for coating pretreatment, but the pills are remained on workpiece after shot blasting resulting in a bad effect. In the article, the causes for generating residual pills on workpiece after shot blasting treatment were analyzed, and the harm of residual pills on coating quality and the follow-up product was discussed. The measures for avoiding and reducing residual pills and cleaning methods for residual pills in different positions are presented.
