摘要
开发了一种金属材料涂装前处理用环保无磷型脱脂剂。研究了不同组分和工艺条件对脱脂剂除油率的影响,得到脱脂剂的最佳组成和工艺条件为:碳酸钠5g/L,五水偏硅酸钠5g/L,葡萄糖酸钠4g/L,4A沸石5g/L,亚硝酸钠1g/L,聚氧乙烯型非离子表面活性剂4g/L,温度40~50℃,时间3~5min。该脱脂剂具有优良的低泡性能,HLB为14.3,浊点为62℃。
An environment-friendly phosphorus-free degreaser applied to pretreatment of painting for metal materials was developed. The effects of different components and conditions on oil removal rate were studied. The optimal degreaser composition and process conditions were obtained as follows: sodium carbonate 5 g/L, sodium metalsilicate pentahydrate 5 g/L, sodium gluconate 4 g/L, 4A zeolite 5 g/L, sodium nitrite 1 g/L, nonionic polyoxyethylene-type surfactant 4 g/L, temperature 40-50 ℃, and time 3-5 min. The given degreaser features excellent low-foam performance, a HLB value of 14.3, and a clouding point of 62 ℃.
