摘要
地方高校积极开展协同创新、创建协同创新中心不仅是培养一大批建设创新型国家应用人才的需要,而且是建设创新型区域、提升区域创新能力和深化科教体制改革以及促进科技与经济一体化发展的需要。地方高校应根据国家实施"2011计划"的总体目标要求和地方经济社会发展及行业产业实际需要,结合自身实际,采取政府推动主导型模式、行业高校主导模式和区域联动模式等不同模式,构建地方高校协同创新中心。
It is not only the need of training a large number of applied talents to build an innovative country, but also the need to build an innovative region, upgrade regional innovation ability, deepen the science and education system reform, promote the development of science technology and economy integration. Local colleges should carry out collaborative inno- vation actively and create collaborative innovation center, construct collaborative innovation center combined with their own actual stations by different models such as government leading model, industrial college leading model and regional linkage model, according to the overall objectives of national ＂ 2011 Plan＂ and the practical needs of local economy and society and industry development.
