摘要
^(89)Sr注入静脉后在大鼠体内的滞留。幼年组与成年、老年组间有显著差异,而后两组间差异不明显。幼年组骨骼慢库室^(89)Sr的滞留量分数高于成年和老年组,而有效半减期(Te_2)小于成年和老年组。估算的全身剂量,幼年组是成年和老年组的6.0和7.0倍,而骨剂量是后两组的4.7和6.9倍。
After i. v, ^(89)Sr-retention in rats showed a sigificant differencebetween the young group and the other two groups, the adult and old groups. but thereis no signifi?nit difference between the latter two groups. The retention fraction for^(89)Sr in the slow compartment of bone in the young group was higher than in the adultor old groups, but effective half-life (T_(e2) in this group was lower than in the lattertwo groups. The whole body dose estimed for young group was 6.0 and 7.0 timeshigher than those of adult and old groups respectively. However the dose of bone inyoung group was 4.7 and 6.9 times higher than those of the latter two groups.
