口传视角的消费者食品安全负面信息感知风险——维度与测量 被引量:7

摘要 对食品安全负面信息中口传行为的感知风险研究,有助于控制食品安全危机进一步扩大和恶化。本文在较成熟的消费者购买行为感知风险理论基础上,以自主开发的量表在预调查236份和正式调查847份样本的基础上,运用结构方程因子分析方法对调查数据进行了食品安全负面信息中消费者口传行为感知风险结构的探索性分析,研究结果表明,该感知风险包含伤害风险、信息风险、企业风险、政府风险、行业风险5个维度。本文形成的15个指标5个维度的消费者口传食品安全负面风险认知量表,能准确描述消费者在食品安全负面信息事件中的风险心理活动,为企业和政府进行更进一步的研究提供必要的工具和理论基础。
