摘要
通过对全国最具代表性的6个省区3375个样本农户连续16年的跟踪调研，深入分析了林业重点工程运行中的经验教训和亟需解决的问题，着重对工程在解决农民生计方面的问题进行了实证分析研究，提出了推动工程可持续发展的政策建议。
Based on the most representative of China＇ s 6 provinces and regions, 3375 samples of farmers for 16 years of tracking survey, further analyzes the experience and lessons of forestry key project running problems, and to be solved urgently of engineering to deal with the problem of farmers＇ livelihoods in has carried on the empirical analysis, put forward the policy suggestions on the sustainable development of engineering.
