辐照聚苯乙烯-丁二烯-4-乙烯基吡啶嵌段共聚物性能研究

摘要 本文研究了聚苯乙烯-丁二烯-4-乙烯基吡啶嵌段共聚物经^(60)Coγ辐照后的性能,实验表明当辐照剂量为10~5Gy时,嵌段共聚物的凝胶含量达98%。此时共聚物有优良的耐酸、硷、有机试剂性能。FTIR红外光谱证实辐照(剂量10~5Gy)后共聚物中双键峰基本消失。TEM照片表明辐照不改变嵌段共聚物的相分离结构。和未辐照的样品相比,辐照后聚合物的断裂模量提高一倍,断裂形变则下降1/5,并且聚合物的应力松弛也减小。聚合物的扬氏模量在0—60℃范围内保持不变(10^(10)dyn·cm^(-2))。上述特点使得辐照后的嵌段聚合物极有利于制成嵌镶离子交换膜。 The present study has been carried out with a view to show theproperties of poly(styrene-butadiene-4-vinylpyridine) triblock copolymer irradiatedby ^(60)Co gamma-ray. The experiments reported here have indicated that the content ofgel in polymer is above 90% when irradiation dose is 10~5 Gy. Meanwhile, FTIR spec-tra of copolymer by irradiated confirm the double bonds in polybutadiene domain aredisappeared and TEM spectra of copolymer before and after irradiation reveal the mor-phology of copolymer dose not effected by irradiation. The research has been done de-monstrates the Poly(styrene-butadiene-4-vinylpyridine) triblock copolymer irradiatedby gamma-ray have advanced properties to withstand chemical agents, strong acidand alkali. On the other hand, comparing with the unirradiated polymer, the polymorirradiated by gamma-ray exhibits higher stress and lower strain. The elastica modulusof polymer irradiated by gamma-ray keeps unchange from 0 to 60℃. From this ex-periments one came to realize poly(styrene-butadiene-4-vinylpyridine) triblock copoly-mer irradiated by gamma-ray are favourble for fabricating charge-mosaic membrane,which could be used in desalination and purification of biochemicals.
