大型永磁直驱同步风力发电机电磁振动的仿真分析

The simulation of electromagnetic vibration of large direct-drive permanent magnet wind turbine generator

摘要 文章研究了大功率、多极数、低转速的大型永磁直驱同步风力发电机电磁振动问题,首先利用Ansoft软件计算发电机电磁场,然后根据Maxwell应力张量理论得到发电机定子时空分布的电磁力,再由二维傅里叶变换分析电磁力波的组成,建立了电机定子振动的三维计算模型,最后应用Ansys软件对定子进行模态分析,将电磁力作为激励源计算定子的瞬态响应。该计算结果与测试结果较为近,可以在工程中应用。 In order to research the electromagnetic vibration of large direct-drive permanent magnet synchronous wind turbine generator, a higher power, multipolar, lower speed permanent magnet generator was considered. The magnet field was solved by Ansoft software first, and the electromagnetic force which distributed in space and time was calculated using Maxwell stress tensor theory, then the force wave was gotten by FFT. The generator stator vibration model was established, the modal analysis was carried out by Ansys software, the stator transient response excited by electromagnetic force was calculated, the calculation value was compared to the test value, the results shows the simulation method is suitable for engineering application.
