摘要
目的研究早期教育对0~2岁婴幼儿神经心理发育的影响。方法选择2010年9月在陕西汉中市中心医院出生的100例健康足月新生儿作为研究对象,采用随机抽样的方法,将其分为早期教育组(研究组)和对照组。24月龄时用中国儿童发展中心婴幼儿智力发育量表(CDCC)对其进行神经心理发育评价及分析。结果 24月龄时研究组小儿的智力发育指数(MDI)和心理运动发育指数(PDI)得分显著高于对照组(t值分别为6.77和3.96,均P<0.05);研究组儿童24月龄时智能分级与对照组比较有显著性差异(x^2=6.96,P<0.05)。结论早期教育对婴幼儿智能发育有明显的促进作用。
Objective To study the effect of early education on mental development of infants aged 0-2 years.Methods Totally 100 healthy term newborns delivered in September 2010 in Center Hospital of Hanzhong were selected and were randomly divided into early education group (study group) and control group.All infants were assessed and analyzed by Infant Mental Development Scale of CDCC at the age of 24 months.Results The scores of MDI and PDI in the study group were significant higher than the control group ( t value was 6.77 and 3.96, respectively, both P〈0.05).There was significant difference in intelligence classification between two groups at the age of 24 months (χ2 =6.96,P〈0.05).Conclusion Early education can remarkably promote the mental and intelligence development of infants.
