沙丁胺醇结合排痰治疗毛细支气管炎76例临床分析

Clinical analysis of salbutamol combining vibration sputum elimination apparatus in treatment of bronchiolitis in 76 cases

目的观察雾化吸入沙丁胺醇溶液结合振动排痰仪辅助治疗毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法将76例患儿随机分为两组,对照组36例给予常规治疗,治疗组40例加用雾化吸入沙丁胺醇溶液和震动排痰仪,观察两组治疗效果。结果两组比较,治疗组总有效率为95%,对照组总有效率75%,两组比较具有显著性差异(x^2=12.154,P<0.05);两组治疗后保持侧卧位10~15分钟,两组体位引流后吸痰量比较有显著性差异(t=4.189,P<0.05)。结论雾化吸入沙丁胺醇溶液结合振动排痰仪辅助治疗毛细支气管炎可明显改善呼吸道症状,且副作用小,值得在临床中应用。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of aerosol inhalation of salbutamol solution combined with vibration sputum elimination apparatus in treatment of bronchiolitis .Methods Totally 76 cases were randomly divided into two groups , 36 cases in control group with conventional treatment , and 40 cases in treatment group with aerosol inhalation of salbutamol solution and vibration sputum elimination apparatus .The therapeutic effects of two groups were observed .Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 95%and 75%, respectively, and the difference was significant （χ^2 =12.154,P〈0.05）.After treatment two groups maintained lateral position for 10-15 minutes.The sputum volume of two groups after postural drainage was significantly different （ t=4.189,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Inhaled salbutamol solution combined with vibration sputum elimination apparatus can obviously improve the symptoms of respiratory tract in adjuvant treatment of bronchiolitis .With mild side effect , the method is worthy of clinical application .
