摘要
研究者深入幼儿园戏剧教育现场,以三位幼儿园新手教师为研究对象,采用叙事研究方法,通过访谈法、观察法等探究她们在最初了解与实施戏剧教育时的境遇和感受,深描与评析她们在这一过程中的所思所想、所作所为等“台前幕后”故事。基于此。研究者从戏剧活动的方案设计、空间规划、秩序管理以及教学策略选择和运用等方面提出了相关建议。
Choosing three novice drama teachers in kindergartens as research subjects, the study adopted the narrative research method, and collected data through "interview method" and "observation method" to depict and analyze their experiences and feelings of the initial understanding and implementation of drama education in kindergarten. Based on the results, the authors put forward some suggestions on the project designing, spatial planning, order management, selection and application of teaching strategy in drama education.
