一次性负压封闭引流术治疗下肢皮肤缺损的临床效果观察

目的 探讨一次性负压封闭引流术治疗下肢皮肤缺损的效果,为临床实践提供指导和帮助.方法 以本院2010年12月～2012年12月收治的116例下肢皮肤缺损患者为研究对象,将患者随机分成实验组和对照组,每组各58例,实验组采用一次性负压封闭引流术进行治疗,对照组采用传统常规的治疗方法进行治疗,观察比较两组患者采用不同临床治疗方法的创面清洁所需时间及临床治疗效果.结果 两组患者采用不同临床治疗方法后,实验组患者创面清洁所需时间的整体情况明显优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;实验组患者的优良率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 一次性负压封闭引流术治疗下肢皮肤缺损临床效果显著,是临床治疗下肢皮肤缺损的可靠选择.

Objective To explore the effect of disposable vacuum sealing drainage for the treatment of lower limb skin defect,in order to provide guidance for clinical practice and help. Methods 116 patients with lower limb skin defect in our hospital from December 2010 to December 2012 were chosen as the research object,and they were divided into experimental group and control group,58 patients in each group,the experimental group used disposable vacuum seal- ing drainage for treatment,the control group with traditional routine therapy treatment,the different time needed for clinical treatment of wound cleaning and clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients were compared. Results After different clinical treatment methods for the two groups,the wound cleaning time needed for the overall situation in experimental group was better than that of control group,the compared differences between groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;The excellent rate in exper!mental group patients was significantly better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Disposable vacuum sealing drainage treatment of lower limb skin defect of clinical effect is remarkable,it is a reliable choice for the treatment of lower limb skin defect.
