锁定加压钢板和解剖钢板治疗老年胫骨远端骨折的效果比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的比较锁定加压钢板和解剖钢板治疗老年胫骨远端骨折的效果。方法将老年胫骨远端骨折患者根据治疗方法分为锁定加压钢板治疗组(观察组)和解剖钢板治疗组(对照组),比较两组患者的疗效、并发症及生存质量的差异。结果观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间和骨折愈合时间显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后踝关节功能优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而并发症差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组和对照组患者治疗前的生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、精力、社会功能、情感职能和精神健康评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者治疗后的生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、精力、社会功能、情感职能和精神健康评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论锁定加压钢板治疗胫骨远端骨折的疗效显著高于解剖钢板,可显著提高患者的生存质量。 Objective To compare the efficacy of locking compression plate and anatomical plate in the treatment of elderly patients with distal tibial fractures. Methods The elderly patients with distal tibial fractures were divided into the locking compression plate treatment group (observation group) and the anatomical plate treatment group (control group).The efficacy,complications and qualty of life of the two grops were compared. Results The observation group had significantly lower operative time,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay and fracture healing time than the control group (P〈0.05).The observation group had significantly higher good and excellent rate of postoperative ankle joint func- tion than the control group (P〈0.05),but they did not have significantly different complications (P〉0.05).The observa- tion group and the control group were not significantly different in the physiological function,physical function,bodily pain,general health,energy,social function,emotional function and mental health score (P〉0.O5),but after the treatment, the observation group had significantly higher physiological function,physical function,bodily pain,general health,ener- gy,social function,emotional function and mental health score than the control group (P〈O.05). Conclusion Locking compression plate has significantly better efficacy than anatomical plate in the tratment of distal tibial fractures and can obviously improve the patients' quality of life.
