多潘立酮联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗原发性胆汁反流性胃炎的效果评价

Study on domperidone combined with Flupentixol and melitracen tablets in the treatment of 48 cases of primary bile reflux gastritis

目的探讨多潘立酮分散片联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗原发性胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效。方法选择96例原发性胆汁反流性胃炎患者,随机分成对照组和观察组。对照组给予多潘立酮分散片治疗,观察组给予多潘立酮分散片联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗。结果观察组总有效率(83.33%)高于对照组(64.58%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多潘立酮分散片联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗原发性胆汁反流性胃炎疗效较好。

Objective To explore the efficacy of domperidone dispersible tablets combined with flupentixol and meli- tracen tablets in the treatment of primary bile reflux gastritis. Methods 96 cases of primary bile reflux gastritis patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Control group was＇given domperidone dispersible tablets in the treatment. Observation group was given domperidone dispersible tablets combined with flupentixol and melitra- cen tablets in the treatment. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 83.33%, higher than 64.58% in the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Domperidone dispersible tablets combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets in the treatment of primary bile reflux gastritis has good curative effect.
