心脉隆注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of chronic heart failure by xinmailong injection

目的 观察心脉隆注射液对慢性心力衰竭患者心脏左室射血分数（LVEF）、B型利钠肽（BNP）的影响.方法 选择2012年11月～2013年4月在本院住院治疗的慢性心力衰竭患者41例（心功能分级Ⅱ～Ⅳ级）,将其分成治疗组及对照组,对照组患者给予常规治疗,治疗组患者在此基础上加用心脉隆注射液＋0.9％氯化钠溶液200 ml静脉滴注,比较两组的治疗效果.结果 经治疗后,治疗组患者的中心静脉压与BNP水平均明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）,症状明显改善;而LVEF则明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）,且用药过程中无明显不良反应发生.结论 心脉隆注射液可降低慢性心力衰竭患者心脏负荷,抑制神经分泌激活,显著改善心功能.

Objective To observe the influence of xinmailong injection to left ventricular ejection fraction （I,VEF）,B type natriuretic peptide（BNP） of chronic heart failure（CHF） patients. Methods 4t CHF patients with cardiac function classification from Ⅱto Ⅳ degree from November 2012 to April 2013 in our hospital were selected and divided into the treatment group and control group.The control group was given the general treatment,and the treatment group ~vas given the treatment of xinmailong injection＋0.9%NS 200 ml （intravenous drip） based on the general group, the treat- ment effect of the two groups was observed. Results After the treatment,the central venous pressure and level of BNP in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.OS）,and the symptoms were signifi- cantly improved.The LVEF in the treatment group after treatment were significantly higher than that of control group （P〈O.OS）.There were no significant adverse effects during the treatment. Conclusion The treatment of xinmailong in- jection can reduce cardiac load of CHF patients,inhibit neurohumoral activation and improve cardiac function.
