综合护理干预对酒精性肝病患者依从性的影响

Impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on compliance of patients with alcoholic liver disease

目的 探讨综合护理干预对酒精性肝病患者依从性的影响.方法 选取2011年6月～2013年6月本院收治的酒精性肝病患者90例,采用随机对照方法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组45例.对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组在常规护理基础上加以综合护理干预,比较两组患者住院期间戒酒依从性及出院后的遵医行为.结果 两组患者出院时戒酒依从性均显著提高,且观察组戒酒依从性显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组患者在严格戒酒、定期检查以及饮食控制方面的遵医效果均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 在常规护理的基础上加以综合性护理干预,可有效提高酒精性肝病患者住院期间戒酒依从性及出院后遵医行为,值得临床应用和推广.

Objective To investigate the impact of the comprehensive nursing intervention on compliance of patients with alcoholic liver disease. Methods 90 patients with alcoholic liver disease in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2013 were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given the conventional nursing measures, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing inter- vention on basis of control group.The alcoholics compliance in hospital and compliance behavior after discharge of these two groups were compared. Results The alcoholics compliance of these two groups were significantly improved, and the alcoholics compliance of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the dif- ference was significant（P〈0.05）; the strict abstinence, regular inspection and compliance in terms of diet health effects of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, the differences were significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention on basis of conventional care can effectively improve patients＇ compliance of abstinence during hospitalization and compliance behavior after discharge, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
