创新型学校背景下高职护理专业人才培养模式的创新

Innovation of talents training mode for nursing specialty in higher vocational education in the background of innovative school

创新型学校应具备较强的教学创新能力、创新人才结构合理、先进的人才培养模式、良好的校园管理环境等,而创建创新型学校,关键是人才培养模式的创新,因此,在创建创新型学校背景下开展人才培养模式的创新研究,具有重要的意义。本校人才培养模式的创新主要从以下6个方面开展:①教育观念的创新,树立终身教育、"全面"教育、创新教育、重实践能力的教育观念;②人才培养观的创新,体现专业市场化、能力智能化、人才特色化的人才培养观;③课程体系的创新,加大课程的整合力度、体现理实并重、强化人文社科类课程,突出个性化、专业化、国际化特色;④教学方法与教学手段的创新,开展快乐教学、PBL教学、项目驱动教学等多种教学方法;⑤提高实践能力的创新,完善实践体系、优化实验环境、强化护理技能竞赛;⑥教学质量评价体系的创新,实行教、考分离,考核形式多样化,考核内容与国家护士执业考试接轨。

Innovative school should have strong innovative ability in teaching,reasonable structure of innovative tal- ents,advanced talents training mode,a good campus management environment and create innovative school,the key is the innovation of talent training mode,therefore, carrying out the innovation of talent cultivation mode in the creation of innovative school background has the vital significance.Personnel training model innovation in our school mainly from the following six aspects： l^the innovation of educational idea,setting up the education concept of lifelong education,＂ eomprehensive＂education,innovation education,implementation practice ability; （~）the innovation of talents cultivation coneept,t^flecting the talents cultivation concept of protessional market,the ability of intelligent and talents specializa- tion;（~the innovation of curriculum system,increasing course conformity dynamics,embodying implementation theory and practice,strengthening humanities and social science courses,projecting the features of individuation,specialization and internationalization; @the innovation of the teaching methods and means,developing a variety of teaching methods of happy teaching,PBL teaching and project driven teaching and other teaching methods;（5）improve innovation of prac- tice ability,perfecting practice system,optimizing the experimental environment,strengthening the nursing skills compe- tition;（6）the innovation of the teaching quality evaluation system,practicing the separation of teaching and examination, diversified forms of examination,assessment content being in line with the national nurse licensing examination.
