摘要
目的比较整体护理模式与APN排班模式在产科病房中的应用效果。方法将APN排班模式以及整体护理模式分别应用于产科病房分配中,考察比较各个时段护理人力,两种排班模式护理质量以及患者的满意度。结果整体护理人力分布情况:白班11人,早班1人,晚班1人,而APN护理模式人力分布情况:A班6人,P班2人,N班2人,两种护理模式的差距体现在白班上。两种护理模式中,护士人员的满意度以及医生的满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用APN排班模式提高了产科病房护理效率,患者满意度得到明显提高,值得推广。
Objective To compare the application efl'ect of APN mode and integrity care mode in obstetrical ward. Methods APN mode and integrity care mode were used in obstetrical ward. Manpower and the patient satisfaction was compared separately. Results Manpower of integrity care' mode was arranged as follows: 12 nurses for daytime, 1 nurse for early work, and 1 nurse for the night time. The manpower of integrity care mode was arranged as follows: 6 nurses for A work, 2 nurses for P work, and 2 nurses for N work. Satisfaction differences of integrity care mode and APN mode were mainly concentrated in the nurses and physician(P〈0.05). Conclusion The use of APN mode can improves the efficiency of maternity care, and the patient satisfaction is markedly improved, so it is worthy of promotion.
