摘要
本文通过介绍在连杆生产中应用过程控制中的工序控制方法、工序能力的测定、工序能力指数的计算、分析、判断及处理、控制图的制作和分析方法来达到有效的控制产品质量的目的。
In this paper, in the process of producing connecting rod, procedure control method, measrement of process capability, process capability index's calculation, analysis, judgement and dealing, control sheet's drawing and analysis method which happened in application process control have been described. Throgh these introductions, the purpose of effectively controlling products quality can be reached
