摘要
以理化、金相、腐蚀产物分析为依据,分析了甲铵冷凝器中材质为DP—12相当于00Cr25Ni7Mo3WCuN双相不锈钢)换热管束产生裂纹的原因,并提出了改进措施和建议。
Based on much mechanical chemical tests, microstructure and analysis of the scale in the cracks, this paper analyzed the cracking cause of heat exchange tubes which is equal to OOCr25Ni7Mo3WCuN in carba-mate condenser, the tubes material DP - 12 and addressed improving measurement and suggestions.
