通过对失效水冷壁管系统的分析与研究,找出水冷壁管开裂及鳍片撕裂的原因是由于长期过热引起的沿晶型蠕变开裂,提出改进措施及温度监控措施。

Through analysis and research to the failure of water-wall tube system, it is found that the cracking causes of water-wall tube and tearing of finned tube is because of intercrystalline fracture caused by long time overheat. This paper address improving methods and monitoring measurement for the temperature.
